- Appointment & Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in a $30 +GST cancellation fee.
- Direct Billing Services: Direct billing to your Extended health care provider is an additional service we provide to ease your payment for our services. (A valid photo ID is required). Predetermination requests are available for select insurance carriers. Please inform the receptionist at the time of check in, and our team will process your claim on the day of your appointment. In the event of issues with insurance coverage or claim processing, Soul2Sole is not responsible for any outstanding balances. The plan holder is solely responsible for settlement of the account. If direct billing cannot be processed, an invoice will be provided for submission to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Canada Life: Please be advised that direct billing services are currently unavailable, and manual claim submissions are not eligible for reimbursement.
- Motor Vehicle Accidents: We also accept MVA claims once approved. Documents are required and must be provided prior to treatment; please contact us for more information.
- Student Therapist Massage: Services provided by our student therapists are non-claimable for insurance claims. We offer 30% off all appointments booked with our students.
