- Appointment & Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in a $30 +GST cancellation fee.
- Direct Billing Services: Direct billing to your Extended health care provider is an additional service we provide to ease your payment for our services. To prevent identity theft, photo ID is required. If there are issues with your insurance, payment for the session will be required, and we’ll provide an invoice for reimbursement. For questions about your benefits or coverage, please contact your insurance provider directly for details regarding your plan. Any balances not covered by insurance remain the client’s responsibility. Soul2Sole is not responsible for any outstanding balances.
Canada Life: Please be advised they are currently not accepting any claim submissions for reimbursement with Soul2Sole. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Intake Form Policy: All clients are required to complete a confidential intake form prior to their appointment. For the safety and well-being of both clients and practitioners, treatment cannot be provided without a completed intake form.
- Motor Vehicle Accidents: We also accept MVA claims once approved. Documents are required and must be provided prior to treatment. Please contact us for more information.
- Student Therapist Massage: Services provided by our student therapists are non-claimable for insurance claims. We offer 30% off all appointments booked with our students.
